Excellent service within 15 km of the airport. We were 1 km from popular place such as Saint Paul's Anglican Cathedral. Indian museum was quite close and to rabindra sadan metro station you can get within 20 minutes walk.

The venue was walking distance to netaji bhawan. Free parking on-site was provided;))

This hotel is truly a gem. The location is fantastic, nestled between the airport and the Howrah Railway station. It's so convenient for exploring the city. The value for money is excellent - the prices are very reasonable for what you get. The staff at this hotel is top-notch, always helpful and polite. They pay attention to every detail, ensuring that all basic amenities are provided and the rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet offers a great variety of dishes and the room service is impeccable.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't have asked for more.

Incredibly friendly and courteous staff. Very helpful. Room very nice - modern, roomy, and comfortable.

I used it for an overnight due to flight schedule. It took nearly two hours during peak traffic to reach the hotel from the airport. The next morning was only 45 minutes, but not best for an airport overnight unless arriving and departing well away from rush hours.

found the drop to the airport rather expensive so choose to go to the airport in a taxi. I paid about 325 for the taxi journey, whereas the hotel was charging me 1500

The hotel had a great rooftop pool and a wide variety of breakfast options. the location was also ideal, located in a buzzing area and close to popular restaurants.

My experience during Christmas was not the best. the room was small and outdated, with dirty bed linen and a broken kettle.

It was again the best stay I have had in a hotel. The staff was simply great and the ambiance is perfect. The would go a couple extra miles to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel however is apparently not well know with cabbies so its best to keep a number or a map so they can call to ask for direction.

Near busy roads, traffic noises and constant honking can be an issue for people who may need quieter rooms.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel. the location is perfect, right in the center of the city, making it convenient to explore different parts of the city. Secondly, the staff were very friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms were comfortable, with king-size beds and well-maintained bathrooms with hot water. Lastly, the breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to choose from.

The staff in Hotel Crome are very very unfriendly. I will never be able to recommended Hotel Chrome to any of my colleague or friends.

The location of the hotel is great, right in the center of the city. Its proximity to the beach allows for easy access and a pleasant view. the rooms are spacious and well-furnished, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. the service provided by the staff is commendable, with their prompt responses and helpful attitude. the breakfast offered is delicious and provides a range of choices to suit different tastes.

The front office staff could benefit from better training in customer service and communication skills.

The hotel is generally clean and staff is cordial. The staff at Khana Sutra was marvellous and very helpful and prompt.

The front desk should be more friendly and guiding the people coming for the first time to the city. The lady at the front desk was a bit rude. The guys were good.
